Poverty takes many forms. There’s the poverty that creates physical lack and instability and sabotages your hope for the future. But there’s also poverty of spirit, poverty of dreams, poverty of mind. Lack of discipline can create poverty of all types. When we are sluggish, when we prioritize “down time” above what God designed for us, when we fail to plan ahead or simply fail to work diligently, we give poverty an open door.
And poverty mindsets are hard to break.
